SongSelect
SongSelect is this chord chart thing that's super popular at churches & worship joints that already throw money at CCLI for lyrics licensing. (You know, so the hymn police don't show up.) We got cozy with SongSelect & now OnSong can do wild stuff like transpose PDF chord charts on-the-fly, which is honestly kinda fire. Start by tapping Sign Into SongSelect if you haven't already—no pressure, but like, you gotta.
Open Says Me
First time pokin' around SongSelect? Yeah, you gotta sign in & basically give OnSong permission to creep on your SongSelect account. It's cool tho. We're the good guys. Probably.
Hunt & Grab
Search for songs by title, then checkmark the ones you wanna yeet into OnSong. Boom. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Transpose & Capo That Shizzle
Once you import those SongSelect PDF chord charts into OnSong, they're basically chained to your account. Which means you can transpose or capo 'em right there in the song viewer without breakin' a sweat. ZOMG convenience!
Tweak Yo' Settings
This screen is where you boss around what actually downloads to OnSong when you import stuff. Plus you can eyeball your SongSelect terms of use & the OnSong end-user license agreement (riveting bedtime reading, amirite).
Peace Out
Tap the Sign Out button hangin' on the bottom right if you need to bounce to another account. No hard feelin's!
Heads up: Your downloads are capped based on whatever subscription tier you threw money at. Usually you can download like 200 unique songs as PDF chord charts per year with SongSelect. So don't get greedy.
