Hunt & Grab

This is the main interface of the SongSelect import process once you've managed to sign in (congrats, you made it past step one).

Searchin' Like Your Life Depends On It

Get started by typity-typity some keywords into the search bar & OnSong will barf back results with song titles & awesome peeps. Punch in a CCLI Song # & boom—instant song for import (if we have it, lol).

SongSelect tosses chord charts at you in PDF format. Buuuut not every song gets the fancy chart treatment. OnSong will slap (Chords) to the right of line two if the chart exists & is ready to party. Otherwise you get (Lyrics) starin' back at ya like a sad puppy.

Peekin' Before You Leap

Tap that magnifyin' glass icon left of each song to make sure you're not about to import some cover by a dude named Kyle from his garage. This pops the lyrics in a fresh window so you can confirm it's actually the banger you wanted & not some weird elevator remix.

Bringin' Home the Goods

To import songs, tap the song name to check or uncheck each row like you're pickin' toppings at a pizza joint. Multi-song import? Heck yeah. Then smack that Import button in the upper right corner & watch OnSong download both the PDF chord chart & the text lyrics at the same dang time. Efficiency! Chef's kiss.

The Toolbox of Wonder

The toolbar's got a button to bail out of your SongSelect account. Use this if your account's havin' a meltdown & you need a fresh start.

Over on the right lurks a wrench icon that unlocks even more control over what types of content you can search & import via the SongSelect Settings Menu.

If you're feelin' fancy & imported both the PDF & lyrics, you can flip between 'em using the Conversion Toolbar in the Song Editor.

Pro tip: Importing charts from SongSelect eats into your download quota like it's goin' outta style. Peep the preview button first before you go nuts & import everythin' in existence.
