Uh Oh. Your Browser's a Hot Mess?

OnSong® Console plugs your computer straight into your OnSong® app over your own lil' local WiFi situation. Zero internet involved. ZOMG, privacy!

Modern browsers are total drama queens & slap "Not Secure" on every page that doesn't have some fancy SSL certificate, cuz the data ain't encrypted by a ~trusted public server~ (eye roll). But here's the thing: devices chillin' on your local network can't GET one of those certificates because they literally don't exist on the internet. The "Not Secure" label? It's just whining about the address, not actually sayin' somethin's wrong. Your browser's basically bein' extra.

Real talk tho: the connection ain't encrypted. If you're connectin' on a public or shared WiFi (which, like, why would you?), other peeps on that network could theoretically peek at your songs while you're editin'. We're not sayin' they will, but they could. So maybe don't do this at Starbucks, yeah? Stick to networks you actually trust. The good news? Only your OnSong stuff would be visible anyway—not your bank account or weird search history. You're welcome.
