OMG ur AirTurn Digit is here. Let's do this.
When you tap on the configure button in the AirTurn Digit II setup screen, you can peep a video on how to get your AirTurn Digit II playin' nice with OnSong. The following are steps you can take to ensure this thing actually works. Be sure to check out the instruction manual thingy for the nitty-gritty deets.
Pick Your Mode (Or Else)
The AirTurn Digit II is basically a paperweight unless you shove it into Mode 2. To enter Mode 2, hold down the left button while you power up the device until both the LED lights blink & then let go. Boom. Now OnSong gets to use all five of those buttons you paid for.
Turnin' It On & Off
To power on your AirTurn Digit II, press & hold the center button for about 1 second until the lights start blinkin'. To power off, press & hold the center button for about 2 seconds. The device will also give up & power off automatically after 10 hours of you ignorin' it.
Pairin' Up
Go into the Settings app on your iPad or iPhone & open the Bluetooth section. Tap on the device in the Other Devices list & wait for it to do its thing. Once paired, it'll show up in the My Devices list all cozy & connected.
The Big Reset Button (Nuclear Option)
If you've connected the AirTurn Digit II to a different iOS device or are havin' a total meltdown tryin' to pair it, you might need to reset it. This nukes any pairing memory it had & sends it back to factory defaults like it just rolled off the assembly line. To reset, press & hold the top button for 8 seconds until both lights blink like crazy.
Keyboard Shenanigans
The AirTurn Digit II acts like a computer keyboard so iOS will hide the on-screen keyboard when you're usin' it. You can bring the on-screen keyboard back & use the AirTurn Digit II at the same time by pressin' & holdin' the left button. Multitaskin' FTW.
