Read The Bleepin’ Manual

ZOMG, nope. Not happenin' rn.

When you import PDF or word processing files, OnSong can only display those files "as-is" (yeah, we're lazy like that). When you open the Vibes & Feels Menu, the controls will throw a lil tantrum & you'll get one of these rad options.

Rip It Out & Make It Yours

If you're starin' at a file that's stuck in "as-is" jail & can't be jazzed up or transposed, you'll see a screen like that with the option to Rip It Out & Make It Yours. Tap that bad boy & boom — the Song Wizard opens & automatically yoinks the text from your document.

Let's Transpose This Thing

If you're eyeballin' a PDF file, the Chords tab shows Transpose PDF Files instead (yeah, we know, wild right?). Tap Let's Transpose This Thing & OnSong goes full detective mode lookin' for chords in the PDF & figures out what key it's in so you can transpose it without buyin' a new guitar. If OnSong can't find enough chords, Uhhh... No Key Found shows up. Tap Go Text Mode to switch to the text-based chord chart if the song's got one, or Make It Text to open the Song Wizard & extract the goods.

Switch To Text Version

If you're currently gawkin' at an imported file but you got text stuff available, this button's gonna appear lettin' you flip to the text-based chord chart. If you wanna tweak the text version, just use the Song Wizard.

If you are checkin' out SongSelect PDF chord charts, you might still be able to transpose the song usin' the Key & Capo thingies.
