All Songs

Th' all songs menu be used t' manage yer song library, matey. From here ye can choose songs t' view. Arrr, let's take a gander at th' actions ye would typically perform in this screen, savvy?

Addin' Songs

Creatin' and importin' yer songs be a central task in OnSong, ye scallywag. Tap on th' + button in th' lower right corner t' open th' Add Songs screen.

Browsin' Songs

Songs be displayed as rows in this menu, Ahoy! Ye can scroll through songs by flickin' yer finger. When more than 30 songs exist in th' list, an alphabetic index appears on th' right side. Tappin' on a letter on th' right will scroll t' that section o' th' song list. Th' list also contains section dividers t' aid in th' location within th' list.

Each row contains an icon t' indicate th' song's favorite status, th' song title, artist, and key o' th' song. Tap on th' icon on th' left t' cycle through standard icons. Tap on a song t' view it in th' Song Viewer.

Note: Tappin' on th' title in th' songs menu will scroll th' list t' th' top.

Editin' Mode

Tap on th' Edit button in th' upper right corner t' enter editin' mode. Ye can use this t' perform additional actions on songs without first viewin' them, Blimey!

Organizin' with Books

Books be used t' organize yer song library into logical partitions (such as Christmas songs or songs fer specific band). Tap on th' Books button in th' upper left corner t' create and manage yer books, matey.

Searchin'

Th' search bar can be used t' search th' current list o' songs. Tap into th' search bar and type a keyword. OnSong searches th' song title, song number and content, savvy?

OnSong does not search while typin' since this be a deep search o' content. Use th' Quick Pick feature fer findin' songs by title/artist.

Sortin' Songs

Tap on th' sort button in th' lower left corner o' th' screen t' choose how ye would like t' sort. This opens th' sort menu. Th' button indicates th' current sort method usin' an icon, Arrr!
