What Even Is This Thing?

This is the type of media asset. This can be either Image or Video & spoiler alert: you can't change it. Srsly, don't even try.

What'd You Call It?

The title your media source gave it, or like, the filename if you just jammed it in there. Go ahead, rename it to something cooler. We won't judge. (Actually we will a lil bit.)

How Thicc Is It?

The size of the file in actual human words, not science mumbo-jumbo.

How Big Tho?

Describes the asset's dimensions in pixels as width × height. Math! Yay!

How Long Does This Puppy Play?

The length of time your asset actually does the thing in real-person speak. Empty for images because, uh, images don't play. ZOMG, shocking.

Squeeze That File

The file section shows the name of your background media. If this bad boy can get squished smaller, a lil arrow shows up & screams "HEY! COMPRESS ME!" Tap the row to shrink your asset down to size. If the file's ghosted for any reason, you can tap this row to hunt down another file that matches the type & swap it in like a pro.

Let It Play

The playback section is only for video peeps & tells you how that video's gonna act. These controls include:

Autoplay (AKA "Start Rollin' Immediately")

Turn this on & the video starts playing the second it loads. Turn it off if you're fancy & wanna control playback manually with actions. Default: on. (We're pushy.)

Repeat (AKA "Never Gonna Give You Up")

Decides if the video loops back to the start when it's done. By default? Yep, it loops forever, like a song stuck in your head. Turn it off for stuff like countdowns that actually need to end.

Playback Rate (AKA "Zoom Zoom or Slooowww Mo")

Crank the speed up or down like you're a time lord. Default is 100% (normal, boring). Pick from: Reverse: 200%, 150%, 100%, 66%, 50%; Freeze Frame; Playback: 0%, 50%, 66%, 80%, 100%, 125%, 150% & 200%

Volume (AKA "How LOUD Tho??")

Controls how loud your video audio blasts. Videos start muted 'cause we're nice like that. Wanna hear sound? Crank it up! Tap the minus to zoom to 100%. Or be a perfectionist & tweak it in 1% baby steps with the stepper on the right. Default: silent as a mime at a library.
