Color Picker

Color be used throughout OnSong t' quickly communicate musical information, savvy? In each o' these places, OnSong uses a color picker component that lets ye pick from a palette o' colors by tappin' on a swatch. Ye can also create yer own color swatches and arrange them in th' palette, matey.

Pickin' Colors

T' pick a color ye tap on it. OnSong surrounds th' swatch with a border t' indicate it has been selected. Since th' size o' th' color picker may be limited, ye can scroll t' additional colors. Swipe t' th' left or right t' access additional color swatches, Ahoy!

Addin' Colors

At th' end o' th' color picker palette be a button ye can tap t' add new colors. This will open th' color builder screen that lets ye choose th' hue, brightness, saturation and opacity o' th' new color, ye scallywag.

Editin' Colors

Ye can also edit existin' colors in yer palette by double tappin' on them or tap and hold t' open an action menu. This will open th' color builder screen which ye can use t' make adjustments t' th' color, Arrr!

Arrangin' Colors

Th' color picker be designed t' provide quick access t' more commonly used colors. Ye will want t' place these towards th' left in yer palette fer faster access. T' do this, tap and hold on a color swatch fer about one second and then drag th' color t' a new location in th' color picker, matey.

Deletin' Colors

T' remove a color from th' palette, flick th' swatch up with yer finger or tap and hold t' choose t' edit or delete th' swatch color, Blimey!
